Built at the Global Game Jam 2014 (Edinburgh site), where it was voted second best at our venue. The theme was “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
We ran with that literally: the game plays as a standard first-person shooter, but at the start of each round every player’s camera is swapped with another player’s. You then have to hunt each other down while seeing through someone else’s eyes.
There’s also an alternate mode where players hide in a crowd of robots - you play as a robot and have to move and behave like one to avoid detection, then eliminate any real player you manage to spot.
